The house was founded in 1996 and was the Hilfsaktion’s first building in Niger. During its existence, the station had to move several times, since neighbors complained about the Noma children. In January 2006, the newly built children`s house was officially opened here also with the financial help of the Peter Ustinov Foundation. Up to 20 children can stay at this station. A nurse, a social worker, a housekeeper, a security guard and a driver take care of the children.
