The children’s house was finished in 2007 and is looked after by a nurse.

Since February 2007, the Hilfsaktion’s work in the area has been made virtually impossible because of armed assaults by the Mouvement des Nigeriens pour la Justice (MNJ) in Agadez region.

The Children`s House became insecure in 2011 due to landslides and therefore had to be demolished. Since September 2013, the doors are opened in the newly built Children´s House!
